1. What is a tree dedication?
A Tree Dedication is the planting of a quality tree dedicated in
honor of, or in memory of a loved one, or to celebrate a significant
occasion. On your behalf, Ojai Trees will plant the best species
in the best available location to enhance the Ojai Valley environment.
Your dedication will include a beautiful dedication card or frameable
certificate.
2. What is an Ojai Trees gift card like?
Ojai Trees gift cards include beautiful images painted by Ojai's
own TOPA Group of plein-air artists. Each image captures a real
Ojai landscape that includes a tree.
3. How much does a tree dedication cost? What does the
recipient receive?
The price range is from $25 for a small sapling to $100 for a large
sapling. With your tree, you'll receive a dedication card delivered
to the recipient of your choice. Boxed specimen trees are available
for $400 with a certification of dedication.
4. Where will my tree(s) be planted? Can I choose the location?
Your dedication tree will be planted somewhere in the Ojai Valley. We
choose the species and location, plant the tree, and make certain it is
watered and cared for. We do not place markers or identifiers on trees,
nor can we tell you the exact location. We do invite our tree dedicators
and recipients to participate in our tree planting and tree care events.

5. Where does my donation go?
Your donation pays for the tree and the costs of planting it. Tree Dedications
also provide funds to support Ojai Trees community education and reforestation
efforts including caring for new trees already planted in the Ojai Valley.
6. Can I add a personal message to the dedication card?
There are 2 lines available with a maximum character count of 30 per line
to include your name and personal message. Suggested phrases that can
be used include: With Love, With Sympathy, Thinking of You, and Congratulations.
7. Can I have the dedication mailed back to me?
For this option, please fill in your name and address in the Recipient
address section.
8. How long does it take for my tree dedication to be mailed?
Most orders are sent out 1-2 business days after being placed; however,
when order volume is high it may take 3-5 business days before your
dedication is mailed.
9. What type of payment do you accept?
Ojai Trees accepts checks or money orders and now, credit cards are
accepted through our Paypal form below. Please note that we do not mail
out dedications until payment is received. If mailing payment, please
make checks payable to: Ojai Trees.
10. How do I place my order?
Fill out the applicable form below and select Add to Cart to be
taken to Paypal's secure checkout site. After your purchase, you'll
be returned to Ojai Trees. To send an order by mail, follow the
instruction at the bottom of this page.
